- Was the main the point of contact for athlete hiring needs for specific stores from intake to hire. Being able to build personal connections to the stores I assisted to make sure that all their needs were met. This included posting, sourcing, monitoring/handling applicant pools, filling interview time slots, extending offers, preboarding follow up.
- I was responsible for the recruitment process for Peak Season, and supporting the business-as-usual recruitment needs.
- I also worked with the leadership recruiting teams: reviewed resumes, sat in on phone screens and interviews as well as the debrief.
- Additional responsibilities include responding to support questions/inquiries from store leaders, monitoring/addressing any issues including communicating to stores on a regular basis, updating training documents for Nike Direct stores. I assisted in documents and spreadsheets to share to store to make their hiring journey that much easier.
