- My third position was Omni, which is customer support for online orders. I would be on the phone making orders for customers, doing returns, or helping them in person to pick up their orders.
- My final was fulfillment, which involved making the orders. I would go around the store and grab merchandise off the floor, and make orders for the customer. When I found all my orders, I would then help in the back and take merchandise out to the floor.
