With 16 years of experience in neonatal intensive care units and coordinating Maternal-Fetal Medicine patients, I have developed a diverse skill set in nursing care. Over the past eight years, I have focused on maternal and fetal care, particularly during my time at Texas Children's Hospital as a Quality and Outcomes Coordinator. In this role, my dedication to improving patient outcomes and advocating for those in critical care was evident. I utilized my healthcare expertise and data analysis skills to actively contribute to quality improvement processes that enhanced the care of fetal anomalies and interventions. While working remotely, I prioritized data collection and outcome assessment to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. Additionally, I successfully managed our Fetal Center's X outreach, demonstrating my dual emphasis on clinical excellence and community engagement, which are both vital in the ever-changing healthcare landscape.
