- Elected to Regimental Sergeant Major for Valley Forge Military Academy & College. I was the highest ranking NCO (non commissioned officer) in the school rank structure, and this put me in the Regimental Command Team. I was in charge of over 300 cadets in both the academy and the college and I worked directly with Lt. Colonels, Colonels, and the Garrison Sergeant Major- who was the highest ranking NCO in the British Army and served Queen Elizabeth personally. This gave me a unique and enriching experience in management, leadership, and responsibility that I believe gives me an edge over those who have not been part of a military hierarchy.
- I, alongside one other, started our own club at the college, the History Club, where we examined major historical events to enrich the member's knowledge of how society developed and for our own enjoyment.
- I participated in the Chess Club as well, where I placed third in the school chess tournament and helped teach the game to the younger members.
- I have volunteered for numerous ambassador days where students give tours to possible future cadets and demonstrate the value that the school has to offer. I even was personally called in to convince one cadet, who is now a current freshman and doing quite well.
- I have volunteered for various school events such as the robotics competition, basketball tournaments, the crucible (The culminating event in which you earn your title as a cadet from a plebe), and more.
- Never received less than a B in a business course while at Valley Forge.
