- Forward Thinking: During my time as both the head football coach, as well as in my day-to-day job with the railroad, forward thinking is a must In both positions, it is much better to be proactive than reactive to have a plan for whatever happens
- Communication: Communication is key for coaching a varsity program, and have built a strong relationship with both players and parents through the football program They know the standards I have set forth throughout the program and know everything is done fairly with no favoritism in any circumstance
- Intensive Planner: Similar to forward thinking, I am always planning ahead to make sure that everyone is prepared to the best of their ability For example, as of now December 2024, I have already started planning for my summer sessions of 2025, as well as other fundraising opportunities
- Analytical: While I always try and have a gameplan for anything, sometime it's tough to foresee every possible scenario At the railroad and as a coach, I have learned to think quickly on my feet to make it through situations that have come up all-of-a-sudden
