While working at Culver’s, I’ve started cook as a fryer cook by showing that I want to learn more positions. They promote me to a crewmember and a trainer with those roles I was able to learned how to train how to lead others team bonding and my people skills. I use what I learn on an everyday basis.
While at Tractor supply I became a receiving manager due to my hard work in wanting to learn more. For example, I’ve learned more about handling money processing in inventory, de-escalating interactions when customers were not satisfied.
Currently working with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s office as a Community Service Aid I have utilized all the skills I’ve learned from previous work environment and have shown dedication and hard-working skills and wanting to learn more. I have improved on my knowledge, my talking skills ,to provide leadership and help anyone in need . I am positive, compassionate, and organized individual with focus on community engagement and support. Possesses strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and understanding of community service principles. Dedicated to making meaningful impact by fostering inclusive and supportive environments and look forward to becoming a Law Enforcement Deputy.
Crewmember (training manager), as a crewmember your job is to train other employees on every position that they are assigned to you learn how to handle money and process payroll to other employees. The positions you teach are the following.
-Grill master
-Fryer
-Bus station
-Custard (Ice cream making)
-Cashier
-Front of house (Managing employees upfront)
-Back of house (Managing employees in the kitchen)
Community service aid, a community service aid works with a sheriffs department, there job is to assist the l Deputies on the road with non emergency calls, such as accidents with no injuries, frauds, road obstructions, thefts with no suspects, vin verifications, traffic control and vehicle transport. We make sure to provide as much help to are Deputies and are community within are county.
I was a receiving manager, receiving managers come to work at four in the morning to unload a semi truck containing our product, you become forklift certified, and you manage every item that comes into your store.
You keep stock of inventory of every item and then you lead others to place them in their correct aisles.
