• Validation of labels and artworks
• Dossier preparation for products
• Certification of all the products of the brands listed above according to the Russian law
• Communication with the laboratories issuing research protocols for each product
• Communication with Marketing, Logistics, Purchase Departments for the certification purposes
• Received, reviewed and evaluated various documents for certifications.
• Coordinated with subject matter experts to develop relevant exam content for various certifications, ensuring validity and reliability.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Reduced processing time for certification applications by optimizing review procedures and introducing time-saving technologies.

• Work with big datebases in Excel; Structuring information in Excel: processing applications and registartion of quality complaints; Negotiations with the German colleagues including business trips and conference calls in English; Interaction with the local Pharmacovigilance department regarding complaints including monthly data reconciliation in Excel; Daily monitoring of information letters on the official Roszdravnadzor website; Interaction with Roszdravnadzor and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for processing import permission letters for standards and finished products, state registration and re-registration of the manufacturer maximum selling prices and implementation of variations in the public price register; Calculations of the manufacturer maximum selling prices in Excel for the state price re-registartion due to annual indexation; Preparation of annual reports for the company top managment.
