- HMC MANAGEMENT: LPAR Creation, HMC Upgrade, Firmware Upgrade, Critical console data backup, Processor & Memory allocation
- Robot Management: Knowledge of Robot Console/Scheduler, Monitoring Set-up, Installation/Upgrade, License Key Management
- User Account Management: Creation/Deletion/Modification of User Profiles, Authority issues for User profiles, Troubleshooting Various Types of Issues Related to User Account, Granting and revoking authorities to users, Generation of reports for auditing purposes, Authorization Lists, Group profiles
- BACKUP AND RESTORATION MANAGEMENT: Backup (Daily, Weekly & Monthly), Saving the Whole System (via Native Commands), Restoration of Whole System (via Native Commands), Restoration of Libraries/Objects though native commands, Restoration of Libraries/Objects though BRMS commands
- JOB SCHEDULING: Scheduling of jobs via Native Scheduler, Scheduling of jobs in Native via AJS (Advanced job Scheduler)
- PROBLEM DETERMINATION: Problem Determination via WRKPRB
- AUDIT COMPLIANCE: Participating in Bi-yearly audits, Ensuring to maintain the compliance
- UPGRADE OF THIRD PARTY TOOLS: TAATOOL, MAXAVA, HAWKEYE, QMGTOOLS, MQ.
