• Maintain routine communication with clients to assess overall satisfaction, resolve complaints and promote new products.
• Work closely with shift manager to solve problems and handle customer concerns.
• Check pricing, Planograms and Out of code product, to be sure customer is following proper appearance and protocol.

• Remove damaged, out-of-code, not-in-set and discontinued items from displays.
• Update pricing and signage to complete product displays and educate customers.

• Prepared orders for shipment by systematically picking, packing and labeling merchandise.
