I have experience handling inquiries over the phone and ensuring accurate, organized records online. I’m familiar with FMLA procedures and have personally used FMLA, which has given me a deeper understanding of its importance and the support it provides to employees during challenging times. With a long work history, I’m known for being a fast learner, loyal, and adaptable to new challenges. My commitment to excellence extends to my experience working on the production floor at my previous job, where I’ve developed a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced environments.
In my customer service role, I was responsible for collecting data and tracking payments, ensuring all information was accurately entered and organized in spreadsheets. I handled customer inquiries over the phone, providing assistance and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. My attention to detail and strong organizational skills allowed me to maintain clear, up-to-date records, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
In my role as a production worker, I was responsible for assembling products and ensuring they meet quality standards. A big part of my job was staying in constant communication with my team and supervisors to make sure everything is running smoothly. If any issues or delays come up, I make sure to communicate quickly to help resolve them and keep things on track.
I also handled a lot of important paperwork, like filling out production logs, quality checks, and inventory records. It’s crucial that all the documentation is accurate and up to date to ensure the process runs efficiently and meets company standards. My main strong points are staying organized, working well with others, and making sure all paperwork/information is completed properly and timely.
