Being a native of The North East Coast in recognizing regional differences in food preferences, I understood that the guests would be more confident in their purchase of our product explaining the sourcing & geographical context that the Chef had in consideration in the menu choices, not just the 4 seasonal changes every year, but also The "Features" offered nightly!
The honor of being spotlit in a "Salute to Server" early on in the "FLAVORS", Atlanta's Dining Scene Magazine put me in the "Go-To" category when an opinion was needed as the Face that represented a Northern, "N.E. Patriots fan where "Matty Ice" of The "Atlanta Falcons" designated us as his home restaurant with The AJC contacting our P.R. person for comments everytime we were visited by The "Rival Teams"!
