• Managed all social media platforms to promote listings, and company awareness in an effort to become the most well-known Real Estate Agency in the Coachella Valley.
• Filmed drone footage of listings, edited videos, and promoted content on social media platforms.
• Designed marketing materials for listings and new client acquisition with social media marketing as the forefront selling point to gain new listings for the agency.

• Assisted in creating and implementing procedures for recruiting and hiring non-salary positions for the District.
• Lead 21 store directors in the implementation of those procedures within their stores.
• Personally recruited qualified applicants for all other stores to quickly fill much needed job openings.
