Marked lines on the office space floors, start out with metal or wood framing. Allow HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical work to commence Call for inspections. Next, after that, building insulation, and drywall work will be the next to take place including sanding of walls.

We will have the Painter come in for the first or the primer coat of paint. From then on the finish fixtures such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Kitchen Cabinets, and Bathroom fixtures will follow up to do their final work.

If there is any outside work needed this will be the time to start the landscape work, whiles managing Punch-out inside the building. We will go through the building two to three fixing all punch-out work before the painter will be allowed in to put in the final coat or two to bring it to the finish line. At this point, when every work is done, we will call for the final inspection and for a Certificate of Occupancy.
