- Hire, coach, and manage a high performing team of 14 engineers across different geographic locations
- Made key decisions working with business, product teams, and external stakeholders in retiring a legacy platform safely and building a new reactjs based platform from scratch
- Helped to seamlessly move the internal users to homegrown tools and services from third-party tools to save cost and improve availability and scalability

- Platform and Architecture, Led, designed and developed API services for site and application monitoring using the Big Data-based OpenTSDB platform for PayPal (2 million metrics/sec)
- The APIs serve data for the PayPal Operations CommandCenter to catch LIVE site issues and trigger alerts
- Worked on building an ML data processing platform (data layer, app layer, and batches) for applying different standard deviation models on top of Terabytes of data proposed by in-house data scientists
- It helped to prevent false alarms
- Led and coached 4 engineers to build and manage the Petabyte of monitoring data and Grafana UI
- Developed highly available Logging RESTful API for PayPal mobile applications, which logs the LIVE mobile app logs with great performance and reliability
- Implemented Experimentation Learning (A/B testing) platform for Paypal, developed RESTful APIs and java client jars to integrate live A/B testing which listens to every request to paypal.com and serves the A or B
- Implemented PayPal Experimentation Learning (A/B testing) platform client-side solution with Javascript Injection using core javascript
- Built Open source A/B (Experimentation platform open source code for eBay and PayPal) delivered a common open-source Experimentation engine with great reliability between eBay and PayPal
