I have been working out for nearly two years now and have gained a lot of positive result's compared when I first started. Have also gained a lot of knowledge and experience of working out and having a set schedule thanks to my personal trainer I had for one year. Overall I go to the gym 4 times a week and working out all my muscle groups needed to grow and feel satisfied with the results and more to come.
I always wanted to workout ever since I was a kid. I was very skinny and was 80 pounds in 2017 and now at nearly 190 with 10 percent body fat. I wanted to be healthy and always wanted to look good and muscular it was my goal.
