To whom it may concern,
I’m writing to give my recommendation to hire
Ashley Cornell. I hired Ashley in March of 2022 on a
Syneos Health contract supporting Merck. What initially
attracted me to Ashley was her energy, positivity and
grit. The way she had reinvented herself and her career
after raising her family is inspiring. After working with
Ashley for almost 2 years, those same traits still impress
me daily. She brings a spirit of positivity and a growth
mindset to our team that sparks energy and makes us
all better.
Starting out, Ashley covered the Sugarland territory.
She was quick to meet and build relationships with her
customers. As she learned more about the industry,
her products, and her customers, she began to thrive. In
the span of 10 months, she grew the volume in
Sugarland 3- fold became one of the top performers not
only in my district, but also in the region. At the start of
2023, I moved Ashley to the Houston NW geography
(Cypress, Tomball, Willowbrook) and again she quickly
adapted, learned her customers, and began to show
impact in the territory. As we close out 2023, she is at
the top of the region for all key performance indicators.
I would love to keep her on my team if it was within
