● Assists in coordination of market-wide rollout of updates to include: tracking of update across the division and follow up with PM and staff to manually resolve any update issues, coordination with Tech Analysts, PSG corporate teams and/or facility teams for testing/troubleshooting of any update related issues.

● Work collaboratively with PSG and Division IT&S teams to ensure IT readiness for the projects by using and following project specific toolkits.

● Assist with Provider and staff training and support when needed during project deployments.

● Resolves benefit and claims inquiries via the telephone from members or providers in the call center

● Reviews and researches billing and healthcare claim inquiries from members and providers, to ensure proper benefits and/or payments are applied correctly; researches multiple computer systems/applications to verify data/information accuracy

● Responds to inquiries regarding adjustments, refunds, edits and/or payment registers to ensure completeness, accuracy and customer satisfaction to members or providers

● Triage patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments

● Order, schedule and obtain pre-certs for advanced imaging

● Prepare injections and assist with procedures in the office

● Filling out surgery packets, scheduling surgeries with the hospital and pre-certs

● Incoming and outgoing referrals for multiple medical services

● Assisting the office manager with multiple tasks

● Experience working with eCW, Meditech and Patient Keeper EHR

● Creating templates and workarounds in EMR systems, MARCA measures
