The Night Auditor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Be a menu expert & nutritional resource for Guests with dietary needs. Be all in all the time and help fellow team members and management when needed. Take pride in working the cash register and the customer experience. Welcome all Guests with a warm, genuine smile. Offer food samples that Guests would like to try or food they have never tasted.

Greet and engage guests throughout the Attraction by sharing knowledge about The Coca-Cola Company, its products and history

Making our guests feel welcomed, informed, and included in the story, including and treating guests to memorable experiences

Provide necessary crowd control in and /or outside of assigned areas.

Must be able to evacuate guests in assigned areas and/or throughout the building in an emergency.

Greet and interact with arriving guest as they enter the restaurant.

Welcome guest into the establishment and seat them.

Assist Servers in upkeep of dining area.
