Im a bilingual female who knows spanish and english a hundred percent, who have been working with costumer service since I started working and since I have always work with costumer service I know how to handle problems or upset costumers , my current job has helped me to learn how to multitask and with these I know how to handle stressful situations and think for a solution. I have a fast learning ability and I can a sure you these because a job I had taught me just for two weeks and left me by myself running the whole store with the product's and money summaries and I give a great costumer service because with time I have learned how to deal with people.
