• Working at WL Concepts and Productions is a different experience than working in the neighborhood health.
• WL Concept and Productions is a factory that deals with customized graphics signage and displays.

Neighborhood health is more of a customer service with patients in the clinic, and I have learned new stuff that I did not know at WL concepts. Check in patient, make sure they have their insurance, help them in what they need. I have learned to engage in conversation with different kinds of people.

• Quality control: One order was given to me. I had to make sure the order was good, checking measurements of the product. The color was involved, too.
• Quantity control: If the order that was given to me needed to be checked, the quantity was correct. I made sure that we had the quantity the product needed.
• Packaging product: I learn to make the package for the products, that was involved if we need to measure the boxes where the product needs to go, and sometimes I work on preparing the pallets, if the quantity of the order was being.
• In WL concept and production, I learned how to do some inventory of the product that we used in the factory, as making sure we did not run low on the material we need.
