Aubrey Dorsey

Hello, my name is Aubrey Dorsey. I have graduated from the DACC dental assistant program. I am 25 years old. I have always been interested in how things work, and how to contribute to society. Originally, I obtained three drafting certificates in high school. But I quickly learned that I wanted to help people in a more hands-on and direct way. After some trial and error, I was drawn to dental assisting, which gives me a wide range of things to learn in dentistry. With my education, I got some exciting experiences that led me to Vietnam to learn how they do dental work there and how Agent Orange affects their dental health to this day. After that, I came back to the States to finish getting my license by completing my needed hours at four different clinics, two in ortho and two in general. I have a big heart for others and an unmatched work ethic that is supported by my loyal nature. I want a career where I am continually exposed to new knowledge and growth in my day-to-day work.
