Harmony Communities is a network of four group homes in the West Michigan area. Each home contains six residents, who all have their own unique disability. Resident Living Assistant duties include:

• Handling and distributing medication to all the different residents.
• Cooking dinner for the residents each evening.
• Assisting the residents with different tasks around the house (laundry, dishes, exercises).
• Handling money and funds.
• Hanging out with the residents during extra free time in the evening.
• Build relationships between residents by helping to navigate conflict and build trust through daily interactions.
