As a Host at Rixzys Landing, I welcome guests as they enter, check IDs to ensure compliance with age restrictions, and help create a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. I assist customers with using the slot machines, answer any questions they may have, and make sure the lounge stays clean and stocked. I also promote ongoing specials or loyalty programs and handle any concerns with professionalism, making sure guests feel heard and valued. My focus is always on providing great customer service and making sure each person has a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
