I managed all operations of the location that I worked at including managing food and labor costs, maintaining an efficient work environment and the hiring of new employees. I met the sales expectations as well as labor and sales goals.

I worked in a high volume cook position and implemented new ways to improve the efficiency flow of the operation. In doing so the overall output was in increased allowing for more customers to be served in peak periods of business. I won the Simply The Best award in the company exceeding over 1500 employees as a result of improving the sales of the restaurant.
