• Manage occupational injury and illness case management for a multitude of employee and contractor cases across the Baton Rouge Complex, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Functioned as the 24/7 primary contact for occupational injuries and illnesses, coordinating medical treatment and case management among injured personnel, healthcare providers, site leadership, and other key stakeholders.
• Make Potential Hurt Level (PHL) determinations for the Baton Rouge Complex while partnering with Global Operations to ensure consistency in case management practices across multiple sites.
• Act as the primary liaison between injured personnel, medical providers, legal representatives, site leadership, and insurance stakeholders to coordinate case management, facilitate communication, and support successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes..
• Developed and distributed Weekly Safety Package, providing targeted safety communications on operational risks, seasonal hazards, and emerging safety trends.
• Created severe weather and freeze preparedness communications for ExxonMobil Baton Rouge Area sites, enhancing workforce readiness and hazard awareness.
• Supported incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation to strengthen overall site safety performance.
• Contributed to the Baton Rouge Complex achieving 475 consecutive days without a recordable injury and earning the AFPM Gold Safety Award.

• 2.2 million sq-ft production building; 4.4-billion-dollar project (2,500 consistent workers on-site)
