I have a passion for Disney history, with a focus on the accomplishments made in Walt's time. Within my coursework at ASU, I studied tour program interpretation, as well as multimedia communication, and the impact of popular culture on society. My experience in the Disney College Program has allowed me to apply my skills in guest service, as well as my ability to empathize with my guests and their needs, all while maintaining "show". Working at WDW gave my an opportunity to use my knowledge of Disney history, product knowledge and display my love for the company. It also gave me an opportunity to work within the Disney corporation's "culture" and to "make magic" for our guests.
