Im a very curious individual. This has driven me to explore various topics that give me the upper hand on other competitors. While my classmates in high school were playing COD, I was learning about the Foreign Exchange Market. I took courses and studied videos about pips, P&L, harmonic scanners. Later that year a friend and I also designed and marketed our own dropshipping website where we learned about sale campaigns, cost of customer acquisition, click ads through different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google search engines. Played huge part in learning to drive traffic towards your business. My senior year I began to learn about Wholesale Real Estate. Since then Ive just been sharpening my sword and I've actually assigned a few contracts. I've learned about Escrow, working with agents on and off the market. Also working with the direct home owners and tenants. I learned how to determine a properties repair cost and estimated After repair value. I learned that sales is an art. Thus why I take every opportunity to gain more experience to make me even better at customer relations. Because the key to sales is to gain the customers trust. I will go the extra mile to do that while remaining transparent. Curiosity drives me to have broader and general knowledge in numerous topics making it easier for me to find common ground in every situation.
