At Geek Squad my role as a Consultant Agent(CA) allowed me to interact with various different clients/customers. I used my general knowledge of computers and phones to help clients with troubleshooting issues.
Problem solving was an huge part in it as I had to use it for every client interaction. Be it troubleshooting a problem or deciding the next step to help the client fix the issue. If it is a hardware issue deciding what the best route to get the clients device fixed.
