Summary

Understands the importance of customer service, and how it is connected to the bottom dollar of a business. And interpersonal and communication skills, can lead to a healthy and successful work environment. Always trying to adapt and learn to gain more knowledge to help myself, and potential employment options, everything is ever changing and learning and growing knowledge is a life long experience. Hence why I decided to go back to school, to learn about information technology, and read and watch video's about this and various other topics.
