• Wesleyan University STEAM Program, 7 Week collaborative tech-focused program. In coordination with Upward Bound Math and Science program to enhance STEM-related topics for first-generation college students. Career-focused program including hands-on activities related to the stem field. Exploring different career opportunities in technology.
• DECA, DECA is an international student organization that prepares high school and college members for careers in business, marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. It focuses on real-world learning through competitive events, leadership development, and hands-on projects. Placed third in the DECA statewide annual marketing campaign.
• Upward Bound Math and Science, Upward Bound project provides academic instruction in mathematics, laboratory sciences, composition, literature, and foreign languages. Tutoring, counseling, mentoring, cultural enrichment, work-study programs, education, and counseling services. Designed to improve financial and economic literacy in students. Program is focused on bridging the gap in learning (specifically in STEM) in low-income, first-generation, and students of color.
