Over the last few years i have taken on the challenge of power lifting and won a state title. While on the journey, I had the opportunity to also learn about nutrition. during my journey, I turned into a coach and have had a handful of clients that are not lifting an outrageous amount of weight. My little brother was my biggest supporter and at the age of 14 he is benching 180 pounds, squatting 300 pounds and is on a great start to beat my records.
