Find appropriate training programs for clients to help them develop new job skills and qualifications. Comply with State of Georgia Workers Compensation, Safe Haven, and the Center for Disease Control COVID-19 Protocols. Interface with claims staff, attorneys, physicians and their representatives, and advisors/clients and coworkers. Encourage Clients with compassion, comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, (HIPAA) and protect Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
