Started from underground utilities to substantial completion of the clubhouse, building 1 and along with 7 other buildings framed out and 3 of 7 were in MEP rough.

Utilize 6 weeks look ahead and other variables to hedge potential delays.

Facilitated and achieved early installation of temporary power to eliminate extra equipment costs.

• Started the job midway, only 3 buildings were at touch up punch and the rest were all at various stages from rough in, to getting pre-rock inspections.
• Supervised 6 out of the 12 remaining buildings from rough in stage to Acceptance walk and CO.
• Worked in collaboration with the property managers with minor warranty work orders.
• Developed strong relationships with subcontractors, fostering collaboration and smooth coordination of work efforts.
