My background includes hands-on surgical experience in the back office, assisting with patient care and surgical procedures, as well as leadership and operational experience in the front office. This unique combination has given me a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an oral surgery practice, including patient care, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, revenue cycle management, and daily operations. Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing exceptional patient experiences, supporting physicians and staff, and fostering a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
