My first job with Home Depot started in HDI. Which was cabinet refacing for kitchens and bathrooms. I walked customers through the cabinet refacing process and set up appointments. It allowed customers to save money. I was in that position for a year.
From there I went to flooring sales. Where I learned and mastered, selling both carpet and hard surface. I was in that position for 5 years. I have a strong desire to continuously learn and master new things,
From there I went to customer service, which allowed me to learn the begging process of how the measures take place, by speaking with Measure Tech's, Market Managers and customers scheduled appointments to be measured. We are now Universal Customer Service, that also does sales. This is my second year. I'm looking forward to my next adventure with Home Depot.
