
Seeking a position that will utilize my skills and experience in assisting families
*Provide home-based services to families with children aged zero to five in the Columbia and Lower Richland area .
* Provide child development, parent education, case management and family support to families and children aged zero to five, through twice a month home visits or virtual visits of 90 minutes each.
* Provide all required documentation in a timely manner, which may include weekly visit logs, child assessment and screening information, activity reports and more.
* Input accurate and complete data for all families into proper databases.
* Establish transition plans for each child/family based on age.
Conduct monthly Family Meetings
*Supervised eight Parent Educators and Early Head Start staff
*Maintain documentation of group meetings and parent education sessions
*Maintain documentation on parent activities and non-federal resources
*Coordinate activities for families and facilitates parent involvement in community activities
*Attend staff meetings to collaborate and coordinate with co-workers
*Promote, organize and insure parent participation
*Prepared lesson plans and daily activities
Supervised and care for infants and toddlers
*Meet with parents on a regular basis
*Ensured assigned child care facilities met statutory requirements
*Inspected publicly and privately funded child care facilities
Provided technical assistant and conducted orientation to potential providers
Conducted detailed investigations, interviews and provided conclusions and recommended required actions.
