For the last 22 years I have operated and overseen the day to day operations of a successful small business by not only working diligently for and on my customers behalf, but by also working side-by-side with my employee's as a team. My vast experiences in agriculture, from growing up around and on farming from cattle to row crop has taught me the value of hard work. Running, owning and maintaining machinery from tractors, combines, tillage and planting equipment, forage and hay equipment as well as all types for construction equipment from dozers, excavators to skid steers have only furthered the ability to promote company success. While these skills may seem finite to some they have lead to less outsourcing and in return a more profitable business.

After all, business is about profitability, customer relations and good employee retention.
