Summary

Motivated CBP Officer with a strong background in narcotics enforcement as well as immigration case processing. I am also a CBP Chaplain with extensive experience in Crisis Intervention and resiliency training. I have participated in over 20 crisis response deployments with the Traumatic Incidents and Events Response Team (TIER), including the mass shootings at Robb Elementary school in Uvalde, Texas and the Walmart mass shootings in El Paso, Texas. I have been deployed to multiple employee deaths as well as tragic incidents to support employee and their families. I have also created and instructed courses to DHS employees in the U.S. and employees abroad. I am looking to further my career and utilize my acquired knowledge within CBP to create a work environment that brings the best out of its employees so that they are at their most effective in the workplace.

  • As an International Operation and Advisory Directorate officer, I successfully liaison relationship with our fellow international law enforcement agencies, such as, Canada Border Services Agency, Peel Regional Police, and Toronto Police where we share information to facilitate determination of admissibility of subjects and their adjudication in adverse action cases. I have extensive experience working in Passport Control Secondary, Baggage control, Global Entry/Trusted traveler program, and Core Processing Primary at Toronto Pearson international Airport, named fourth busiest airport in North America. I am subject matter expert for immigration secondary and processing adverse action cases, United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement adjudication, processing paroles, as well as creating deferred inspections for further processing work by Post clear port of entries.
