I’m a creative problem-solver with a background in psychology, UX design, and over six years in the service industry. I’ve worked everywhere from vineyards and bars to UX case studies, and across all of it, I’ve learned how to adapt fast, read people well, and lead when it matters. My experience has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet, and keep both users and customers at the heart of what I do. I recently completed the Google UX Design Certificate and have been applying those skills to build thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
