and work closely with the engineering dept, Schedulers,buyers, weld leads, welders, logistic and shipping, while also balancing floor operations to deliver projects on time and on budget, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. My leadership style focuses on mentoring and helping teams grow professionally, while fostering strong strong client relations to ensure ongoing success. I believe my strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and hands on experience in managing complex projects make me an ideal candidate for this role.
