• Maintain and perform repairs on all UW Credit Union properties.
• Monitor all UW Credit Union automated systems on line and make necessary adjustments to building systems when needed.
• Perform security on call functions on a regular basis, as well as have a work issued phone on me at all times for any security or building issues come up during off hours.

• Work with vendors on getting proposals for capital improvements.

• Interact with our service providers and maintain a quality relationship with them.
• Have been working closely with IT on the SD/WAN and VLan implemetation.
• Working closely with IT on conference room video conferencing setups.
• Working closely with my coworkers as we have had a good deal of turnover and helping them understand the responsibilities we have in the Facilities Tech room.

• Started as a 1st year Apprentice Electrician.
• Installation of electrical equipment, including generator systems, UPS systems, machinery control systems.
• Worked in all phases of construction of electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Performed ground up electrical construction as well as remodel electrical construction.
• Performed multiple lighting control systems.
• Installed multiple fire alarm systems.
• Multiple years of data cabling experience.
• Did multiple years as a service call electrician, making un prepared runs to fix electrical issues that come in via 24 hour emergency service.
• Became a Foreman for E&S, and led multiple jobs including:
