Becca Warren

• After beginning my job as an ice cream cart girl, over the years I became more and more important to this organization. Taking on many of the roles of assistant manager and acting manager during my final summer at this position. Acting over 400 customers per day. This enhanced my skills in time management, team communication, time keeping, and money handling.

• In this position, I was to take care of a 6 and 8 year old set of siblings. Usually consisting of 8-10 hours at a time.

• In this role, I worked with upwards of 400 people per week, knowledgeably answered questions, and aided in the organization website. During this time, I aided my skills with technology, public speaking, and cooperation.

During my internship, I worked in:

• Community outreach, During this time, I would work with upwards of 40 people in community outreach per hour.
• Water testing
• Weeding our environment, ridding the area of many noxious weeds.

This position taught me many skills, some of the most important being environmental consciousness and public speaking.

• As an Ice Cream Scooper, I worked with 2-3 coworkers in a small shop. With 100s of customers per shift, and many technical issues. I honed my skills in time management, multitasking, and communication with those who disagree.
