Becky worked on the Inbound-Team, which she responsible for all Inbound calls. Becky has calls coming in from Customers and all Insurance companies. Becky job was too successful complete the billing account from beginning to end until the solution was resolved. It may involved coliecting payment form the Customers, Insurance co. or had to submit claim, write off, and adjust the account.
