- Collaborate closely with Customer Service to resolve product shortages and scheduling conflicts, ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Develop annual labor and expense budgets with the Regional Supply Chain Manager; analyze financial impacts of operational decisions and explain monthly budget variances.
- Create, track, and publish weekly and monthly KPIs for site operations, supply chain, production, and logistics.
- Drive re-engineering initiatives and process improvements across all supply chain and operational functions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve throughput.
- Lead and participate in site-wide operations projects, ensuring proper implementation, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP practices, food safety, and regulatory requirements; proactively report anomalies, unsafe conditions, or quality concerns.
