Initially I was hired as a kennel manager in May of 2000. For 4 years, I managed 8 to 10 staff to walk dogs, clean their runs, wash their bedding, bathe and clip their nails, administer medication, and care for cats as well. Then I was transitioned to reception. For the next 4 years, I was trained to greet clients, check in/check out from boarding, make boarding reservations, schedule hospital appointments, accept payment for services. Then I was transitioned to Data Entry until present. I input doctor's SOAP notes, prepare records and email to other facilities, accept records from other clinics, scan documents and attach them to their records. I also have ordered Hills S.D., Royal Canin, and Purina products, input products into inventory, maintain stock, and educate/consult with clients about diets on behalf of the Doctors.
