• Accurately obtain and enters all items required for registration
• This includes obtaining demographics, proper consent, insurance cards/information, etc.
• Ensures entire checklist is completed
• Processes changes to daily physician schedules, (at times with minimal notice) Monitor registration work ques and resolves discrepancies
• Resolve conflict and secure appropriate release of information authorization; maintains HIPPA compliance
• Maintain proficiency with EPIC and other applications as required.

• Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments, execute pre-arrival registration by adhering to registration standards and accurately identify and enter patient's insurance coverage
• Manage and resolve assigned departmental WQs and take messages (telephone and in-person) and use healthcare software in-basket (EPIC) to route and facilitate communication between patients and clinical care team

• Delivers excellent customer service with floor sales and assist customers with purchases

• Engage customers by demonstrating technical and elevated selling skills and product knowledge
