In 2013 I joined Windsor Insurance Brokers as a Claims Broker/Handler, I was then promoted to Binding Authority Technician in June 2015 and subsequently to Broker Support Technical role. After 10 years I joined Evolin and have since furthered my knowledge whilst taking on responsibility. I have spent this time developing my knowledge and understanding of the role and consolidating my skills base. I believe that I now have the requisite experience, confidence, and ambition to take the next step in my career. I am ambitious, focussed, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Being part of an industry that is fast paced, and deadline orientated, I am able to work under pressure in order to deliver a high-quality service.
• Handling of daily post – presenting to markets and obtaining agreement / negotiating terms.
• Processing claim bdx and overseeing the process ensuring agreement in a timely manner.
• Payment of claims bdx / cash call’s to the TPA/Coverholder in timely fashion
• Using CLASS / ECF to monitor status of Underwriter responses and fully agreed comments/payments.
• Maintaining logs and ensuring everything is accounted for.
