I have over ten years of experience in supervising a warehouse and logistics of steel products. I was responsible for hiring, training, discipline and firing all employees. Including preparing and conducting yearly reviews, maintaining and approving timesheets and scheduling and approving PTO. I scheduled incoming trucks, routed our trucks for proper loading, delivery, pick-ups and returns. I scheduled all maintenance and PM's for all trucks, trailers, overhead cranes, forklift, saws and overhead doors. I prepared, scheduled, conducted and properly document all safety meetings and employee training. Inventory control. Communicate with sales team to properly take care of customers needs.
