Bartender of their restaurant and events throughout the summer season. The restaurant averaged 125-150 covers per night. Did both the service bartending for the whole restaurant, or took the 12 seat bar. Taking their dinner orders and making drinks for anyone else who came to the bar.

Created cocktails for the restaurant and was the year round bartender that also made all of the service drinks for the restaurant. Prepped all of the ingredients for specialty cocktails and juiced all citrus. In the summer we could do up to 200 covers. Served a seven seated bar and ran food when possible.

Bartended in their two restaurants, year round, but mainly in Henry’s. Also worked the pool bar in the summer season sparingly. Took tables during certain times of the year, while bartending. Catered many events over those years. Often weddings and private parties.
