Currently own a franchised martial arts academy. I built a team of instructors and managed them to run successful classes. I brought in leads and converted them to clients, planned classes, and ran a successful business. I have a setup for the business now that it will not interfere with other responsibilities.

I was given the responsibility of planning class curriculum for five academies. This was to ensure the proper growth in skillset for the students at each location and to give tools for upcoming instructors to expand their experience.

I was offered the opportunity to move out of state to manage an academy. I grew the academy from 120 students to 250 students over 5 years.

I was given the opportunity to manage an academy for the first time. I grew the academy from 7 students to 50 by the time I departed for a new opportunity.

I was able to assist with classes under my instructor which then led to being able to teach and plan on my own. I performed janitorial duties, judged at events, and interacted with clients.

Hired on as a temporary employee for Halloween. I was chosen to stay on after as a permanent sales associate.

Experience in animal care ranging from bathing, administering medications, assisting in surgeries, and office work.
